Made T-shirt yarn at work, using a tee thrifted from the Red Cross op shop next door! Started knitting it, but I only had 4.5mm needles on hand, really needs bigger!

I made up some fruit tea at work , from a gorgeous ruby red tea called Summer Pudding, chilled it, added lemon & mint, but it needed a sugar hit. So this morning it dawned on me ('cos some things take a while...) D'Oh, simple syrup!!! And then I thought, Urgh watching the pot so I wouldn't burn it! No time!!! And then...D'Oh again..YOU HAVE A THERMOMIX YOU FOOL! So 8 minutes later, a huge jar of perfect simple syrup....and perfect iced tea!
